If your order contains multiple Products, individual Products may be accepted and dispatched separately.

If a Product cannot be supplied, we will notify you and refund the applicable amount paid for that Product where payment has already been received.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request cancellation of an order before the shipment/dispatch process has started.

Once the order has entered the dispatch or shipment process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible amount paid will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Delivery timelines provided on the Website are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

10. RISK AND DELIVERY

Customers should inspect the external package at the time of delivery. If the package appears significantly damaged or tampered with, customers are advised to refuse delivery where reasonably possible and contact Belore Slims Customer Support immediately.

11. SIZE, FIT & PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS

Belore Slims Products are designed with consideration for Indian women's body measurements and are available in different fits and sizes.

Because many of our Products use high-stretch, high-recovery fabrics, the same Product may provide different levels of compression depending on the size selected and individual body measurements.

We strongly recommend reviewing the Belore Slims Size Chart and Measurement Guide before placing your order.

For example, a customer may prefer:

Their regular size for a closer compression fit.
One size larger for a more relaxed and comfortable fit.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size based on the available product-specific measurements.

A snug fit may be a normal characteristic of compression-oriented garments and does not automatically indicate a manufacturing defect.

12. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our separate Return & Replacement Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Products must generally be returned in the condition required under those policies.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used may not qualify for return or replacement.
