RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Belore Slims, we are committed to providing thoughtfully designed women’s bottom wear with a focus on fit, comfort, quality, and durability. Each product is developed through extensive sampling and fit testing to achieve a comfortable and flattering fit for Indian women.

Because our products are designed with super-stretch and high-recovery fabrics, selecting the correct size is important for achieving the desired fit.

1. Choosing the Right Size

We strongly recommend reviewing the Belore Slims Size Chart and Body Measurement Guide before placing your order.

Our products are designed to offer two fitting options. For example, if your usual waist size corresponds to M, you may choose:

• M for a more fitted/compression feel
• L for a more relaxed and comfortable fit

Both sizes may provide a suitable fit depending on your preferred level of comfort and compression.

Garment length can vary depending on individual height and body proportions. Our standard lengths are developed based on commonly preferred measurements. Customers who are significantly taller or shorter are advised to carefully check the available measurements and product specifications before ordering.

Choosing the appropriate size before purchase can help minimize size-related returns or replacements.

2. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be provided in the following situations:

• You receive a wrong product or wrong item.
• The product arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant damage that was present before use.
• The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 2 working days from the date of delivery.

3. Replacement Request Procedure

To request a replacement, please contact Belore Slims Customer Support within the applicable timeframe and provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs/videos of the product where requested.

Our team will review the request and guide you through the replacement process.

Approval of a replacement is subject to verification of the product and compliance with the conditions stated in this policy.

4. Conditions for Replacement

Products returned for replacement must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free from stains, dirt, makeup, or other marks
• Free from body odor or perfume/fragrance
• Free from nail marks, fabric pulls, cuts, tears, or other damage caused after delivery
• Returned with the original tags/labels attached
• Returned in the original condition and packaging, wherever applicable
• Accompanied by the original invoice/order details

Products that are not in a saleable condition may not be accepted for replacement.

5. Products Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests will generally not be accepted for damage or conditions resulting from customer use, including:

1. Nail marks, fabric pulls, cuts, tears, or other damage caused while wearing or handling the garment.
2. Dirt, stains, makeup marks, body odor, perfume, or other signs of use.
3. Products that have been washed, worn, altered, repaired, or otherwise modified.
4. Products returned without original tags/labels.
5. Products returned without the required invoice/order information.
6. Products that are damaged or not in a resalable condition.
7. Minor variations in colour or appearance caused by screen settings, lighting, photography, or device displays.
8. Normal characteristics of stretch fabrics or minor differences that do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

6. Important Note Regarding Stretch Fabrics

Belore Slims products are made using high-stretch, high-recovery fabrics designed to provide a close and supportive fit.

Because these garments are intended to fit closely to the body, wearing the product may naturally result in contact with body perspiration, fragrance, or body odor. For hygiene and quality reasons, products showing signs of wear or odor cannot be accepted for return or replacement.

We therefore recommend checking the size chart carefully before wearing the product.

7. Size-Related Returns or Replacements

Please select your size carefully using the product-specific Size Chart and Measurement Guide before placing your order.

As Belore Slims garments are designed to provide a close-fitting and body-shaping silhouette, a snug fit can be a normal characteristic of the product and does not necessarily indicate a size defect.

Size-related replacement requests will be considered only where such replacement is specifically offered for the particular product/order and subject to availability and the conditions of this policy.

8. Refund Policy

Belore Slims does not offer a general refund for products simply because the customer changes their mind, selects an incorrect size, or does not prefer the fit after wearing the product.

However, if a prepaid order cannot be fulfilled because the ordered product is unavailable or out of stock, the eligible amount paid for that product will be refunded to the customer's original payment method or bank account, as applicable.

Our Customer Support Team will contact the customer regarding the refund process.

9. Product Availability

Replacement is subject to product and size availability. If the same product or size is unavailable, our Customer Support Team will communicate the available options to the customer.

10. Final Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection by our quality-control team. A replacement will be processed only after the returned product is verified to meet the conditions specified in this policy.

Belore Slims reserves the right to decline a replacement request where the product does not meet the stated eligibility requirements.
